How to apply for Embassy Library card

All those interested in using the library can apply for an Embassy Library card on deposit of the following

1. Filled in Application form
2. Photocopy of Alien Registration Card or Resident Registration card
3. 2 passport size photos
4. KW 15,000/- per card (refundable). (A Maximum of 2 cards per person)

Those who wish to obtain more information can consult Library Section of our Embassy.

Library Rules and Regulations

1. One user can have maximum of 2 cards ONLY
2. All books except Reference books, CDs and DVDs are open for circulation.
3. All books should be returned STRICTLY within 15 days of their issue.
4. Any delay in return will draw a late fee of KW 100 / per day from the Sixteenth day of issue.
5. The user holds the responsibility for loss/damage of the books issued under his/her name and hence stands financially responsible for replacement.
6. Only the cardholder can borrow the books. No transfer of card is allowed.
